Most our investment rounds are of the size 200-500 KEUR, with a valuation of 1-3 MEUR. Together with co-investors, we have also executed larger investment rounds.

The Excedea team has during the past decade helped invest over 200 MEUR in e.g. the Baltic, German, Spanish and US real estate markets. We prefer targets that combine both cash flow and development/capital gain potential. In our own portfolio, we currently have real estate investments in the Baltics, Spain and the US.
